Hannah Skinner is a woman of remarkable creative talent. We knew we wanted our wedding to be an event to remember and when we saw the tables Hannah had created at the Yorkshire Brides Wedding Fair we knew we wanted to meet up with her. After our first meeting we hired Hannah immediately as she was full of ideas and themes that would add the extra magic to our day.
During the course of the months leading up to our wedding Hannah proved she was a consummate professional. She responded to queries, phone calls and e-mails normally within hours and she always met agreed deadlines. Her communication and interpersonal skills are outstanding and at the same time she has a warm and bubbly personality, which makes planning the wedding such fun when it could easily become stressful.
On the day itself Hannah was at our venue from early morning, liaising with hotel staff, photographers and videographers as well as calming a very excited bridal party! She helped me to get ready and made me feel so special. In addition to all this, she created an absolutely magical setting for our ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast and evening reception. When I saw the results of her work at the venue I almost cried – it was beyond beautiful!
Since the day, so many guests have contacted me to tell me what a wonderful wedding it was (fabulous was oft quoted). In particular, they commented on all the ‘quirky’ and ‘different’ things including Hannah’s favours, table planner, menus and drinks tokens.
As two professionals leading very busy lives it was difficult to see how we could plan a wedding with the attention to detail that we wanted. We feel so fortunate to have met Hannah, as she enabled us to have the most magical and fantastic day and without her it would have been impossible to achieve. We now consider her a friend and we recommend Little Fish Events unreservedly.
