I met Hannah at a mutual friend's wedding a year before we were due to be married and, having seen her organisational skills and creativity first hand, I organised to meet up with her to discuss themes and ideas. In addition to designing and making our fantastic invitations, all by hand, and creating some beautiful place settings, Hannah came up with some great theme ideas and quickly became an invaluable support mechanism for me. As minor problems arose it was Hannah that I called for advice, action and sometimes just for support!

 

On the day of the wedding Hannah arrived promptly at 10am and quickly went into action. The amount of babysitting required for five bridesmaids, an anxious mum and mum-in-law-to-be, plus one stressed out bride cannot be overestimated! Hannah breezed around, effortlessly coordinating people, outfits, shoes and flowers, helping anyone who needed assistance and mending or adjusting as necessary. I found it particularly helpful to have someone who is not a guest, or a member of the wedding party, as everyone else is understandably trying to get themselves ready as well as keeping their emotions under control.

 

Hannah coordinated the dressing of the bridesmaids, even making sure  their shoes weren't slippy by scuffing the soles outside! She was around to squeeze me into my dress, and to put tissues under my armpits (yes, being a bride isn't always glamorous) as I chatted nervously to the Registrar. During the ceremony she dressed the tables, assisting the duty Manager as needed, and was generally a little star!

 

I am sure I would have got through the day somehow, and everyone would more or less have been where they should have been. Having Hannah on hand meant that I could try to relax and enjoy the morning preparations, in the knowledge that her experience and support would ensure everything went to plan, with all disasters averted before they began. I would strongly recommend her services for any bride, whether the wedding is small or large, formal or a bit crazy! She's great fun, but also incredibly professional and efficient
