We first met Hannah at a wedding fair when we were still in the early stages of planning our wedding. We had decided on a theme and colours and were looking for invitations that included them.  Hannah’s enthusiasm and thoughts on how the invites could look, even when put on the spot, were so exciting we decided there and then we wanted her to design all our stationery.

 

When she came to our house for the initial meeting she didn’t disappoint. The ideas she came up with were so creative and gave exactly the impression I wanted to give. After all, the invites are the first things people see. She was honest and advised when things were unnecessary or a waste of money, and came up with cheaper alternatives when we needed them.

 

I had said all along that I wanted to plan my own wedding and Hannah had no problems with that.  She never pushed us into anything we didn’t want, but she made it clear that if there was anything I needed, help or advice with, she was always at the end of the phone.

 

On the day of the reception we decided that we wanted Hannah there to organize the setting up of the room, so we didn’t have to worry about it and could all get ready in a vague sense of calm! This is the time when she proved invaluable.  She sorted everything and I mean everything! The room looked great, the tables were set as we wanted, and the stationery looked amazing alongside everything else. The designs she had come up with really gave the evening the sophisticated yet fun feel I wanted without blowing the budget.

 

The amount of work and patience that must have gone into making everything by hand (especially the drinks tokens, which everyone commented on, and thought what a unique idea they were) was huge. In fact we loved the table plan so much we had it framed and put it on the wall! It really is the little things that make the day special and memorable.

 

Without Hannah there, doing what she is clearly brilliant at, I dread to think what state we would have been in. I was totally confident that she would have everything looking its best and exactly the way I wanted it, and she did.  I would definitely recommend using Hannah’s services, whether it’s to plan your whole day or use her imaginative and artistic skills for a few invitations or favours. She makes you feel special and gives 100% all the time; she is an absolute star.
